Synopsis:

Jimi Hendrix was MoPOP's third iteration of its Hendrix gallery. This exhibition was nearly twice as large as it's predecessors, and was the first exhibition where MoPOP extensively alongside the expertise and collection of the Hendrix Estate's organization, Experience Hendrix.

The exhibition offers a thorough biographical look, as told by compelling objects, imagery, films, and text, at the life and career of Jimi Hendrix, from his time as a boy in Seattle up to the point of his untimely death.
